About this ActionLab

The Food, Beverage, and Personal Care industries all have children as consumers, even if they are often thought of as indirect consumers. However, because children consume these products and are exposed to marketing aimed at adults, children need to be considered in policies, product development, and marketing efforts. This session focused on understanding children as a stakeholder group different from adults — their needs and the potential risks and pitfalls.
