The Children’s Rights and Business Atlas in 60 Seconds
Children are affected by business every day:
- As workers
- As consumers
- As community members
But it’s difficult to understand where in the world children face the greatest risks.
Introducing the Children’s Rights and Business Atlas — a geographical risk tool.
The tool covers 194 countries. Companies and investors can use its data for:
- Sourcing decisions
- Risk assessments
- Due diligence
The Atlas organises risk across 3 areas:
- Workplace
- Marketplace
- Community and Environment
It covers specific issues – such as child labour, online safety, product safety, and more – and countries are scored on 173 indicators to decide risk level (low, medium, high and very high). A lower score means a higher risk, and higher due diligence needed.
The data you need. In the format you can use.
