About the Forum
The 5th Global Child Forum was held on 26 November, 2015, at the Royal Palace in Stockholm, Sweden, and gathered 400 important and influential international decision-makers from business, governments, civil society and academia for dialogue on the legal, moral and business case for investing in younger generations. The purpose was to collaborate for a better future for children around the world.
Global Child Forum 2015 was a day filled with inspiration and action. Delegates participated in plenary sessions, a networking luncheon and interactive ActionLabs.
The day concluded in a cultural event followed by a reception. The theme for the day was Children’s Rights within the Corporate Sustainability Agenda, with a special focus on the benefit of cross-sector partnerships.
The Forum, with more than 30 prominent speakers and under the patronage and active participation of Their Majesties the King and Queen of Sweden, showcased practical examples and created action-oriented tools for cross sectorial partnerships.
